Top logistics company NPS and its top five associates have announced the acquisition of two companies in the UK – Alliance Logistics Group Ltd (ALLGR) and Transatlantic Logistics Ltd (TRIL) – by making a binding offer through private entities controlled by the respective managements.The statement on the closing of the acquisition has been sent to UK's Companies House. Companies House noted that ALLGR is an independent logistics company based in London with operations primarily in the supply chain sector. The statement was released at the same time as ALLGR was instructed to make an application to register as a company in India.
