My Why
I strive to optimize bandwidth for start up executives. My intention is to maximize productivity and effectiveness, allowing their organization to accomplish their goals with focus and minimal wastage.
My background in human resources organizational development is now layered with an expertise in data science. How I discovered my super power in analytics stems from my proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. As I immersed myself in data collection and analysis, I recognized untapped potential. This led me to integrate these skills into my daily work tasks, establishing benchmarks for various initiatives, tracking progress, and devising strategies to drive positive outcomes and growth.
Crafting analytical reports for supervisors, leadership, teams, and deans became a source of fulfillment. These reports later informed the development of new websites for programs, assessed user experience, integrated new technology, and facilitated the integration of social media analytics into student support services.
Building on my successes, I expanded my data capabilities to include visualization tools, adding an element of enjoyment to the data landscape. Following my PhD, I further honed my skills by enrolling in the IU Bloomington Data Science program. Here, I discovered my passion for organizing large datasets and presenting key performance indicators through intuitive dashboards. This comprehensive background opened doors to innovative opportunities, a theme that resonates throughout my leadership roles.
